Governance

A Board of Directors governs the Houston West Chamber of Commerce and is responsible for all policy-making decisions. The five directors and three advisors of the Executive Committee exercise the power of the Board between meetings. Board members serve as liaisons to each of the various Special-interest Committees of the Chamber. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Houston West Chamber of Commerce is a small team of full-time, part-time and volunteer staff.
