Congratulations to our Memorial Hermann Memorial City Medical Center Catering Department for winning top prize in the Most Outrageous category at the 2010 Let The Guys Cook event award held last night at the Hilton Post Oak Galleria!

Karen English, our Director of Nutrition Services brought together Executive Chefs Virginia Zajac and Roy Mauricio with an amazing presentation of delicious cuisine to beat top restaurants and celebrity chefs in the city, including Mockingbird Bistro, Kirby's Steakhouse, PF Changs and Arturo's Italiano.

The event was hosted by Cancer Counseling, Inc., a non-profit organization which helps provide emotional and social support through professional counseling services for patients and family members dealing with the cancer diagnosis.
