Email blasts (or eBlasts) are a digital marketing option open exclusively to the Members of the Houston West Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber sends email communications daily with member offers or chamber news to our list of over 3,000 contacts; these include both members and non-member subscribers. This advertising sponsorship is a great opportunity to get the word out about any news, events, or special offers you want to share!
EBLASTS & WEEKLY UPDATE ADS – Schedule Online
- eBlast advertising is available to members in good standing.
- eBlasts must be scheduled at least one month in advance.
- Questions can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Payment must be received to confirm the scheduled date. Payments can be made by calling the Chamber at 713-785-4922.
- The Chamber will include a text statement that this is a sponsored message from a Chamber member.

In order to ensure that your message is as visible as possible, please use the following guidelines:
- Images can be anywhere between 600 – 800 pixels wide.
- The best resolution is at 600 pixels wide, or a factor of 600.
- Images larger than 350 KB in size will be reduced.
- .png file format works best; other files can be reduced in size and become blurry.
- Portrait orientation images work best; if it is landscape (horizontal), ensure text is legible.
- If you would like images to be hyperlinked, please include the URLs.

As a benefit to our Members, the Houston West Chamber of Commerce facilitates Ribbon Cutting ceremonies. A Ribbon Cutting is a terrific way to recognize a special event such as your:
